Friendly, sympathetic, intelligent, and thoughtful, are all words to describe Sierra. We asked for feedback from neighbors and the community, on whether we should sell or rent our home in anticipation of moving cross country, and Sierra offered extremely constructive guidance. We eventually decided to sell our home, and brought Sierra on to navigate that process. Over several months, Sierra helped us figure out how to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. She 100% supported us when we faced unexpected setbacks to our planned move. However, with her persistence and good fortune, we were able to sell our home. Sierra is a wonderful member of the Ann Arbor community, and knows the area extremely well. We would gladly enlist Sierra's help again for buying and selling homes.
